Description
The Actos Litigation Group provides resources for attorneys handling cases relating to Type-2 diabetes drug, Actos. The FDA concluded the risk of bladder cancer is 40 percent higher for those patients taking the drug for more than one year. The Group will provide support to AAJ members pursuing claims against both Takeda Pharmaceuticals and Eli Lilly and Company for clients suffering from bladder cancer due to ingestion of the diabetes drug, Actos. The ActosLitigation Group member benefits include a Group Document Library, list server, and education programs.
