home admissions.
When consumers are harmed by companies that use mandatory

Blind Nursing Home Resident's Case Not Allowed in Court
April 11 In the years following her admittance into
the nursing home, Helen was hospitalized several times for
a number of injuries including malnutrition, dehydration,
bed sores and poor hygiene. One month after being admitted
to the hospital in March of 2001, Helen passed away as a result
of these injuries. After her death, Helen's family found that
they could not hold the nursing home fully accountable because
of the mandatory arbitration clause. Read
